Atari's industry-original Gran Trak 10 has ben repackaged with low-key cabinetry and a 19″ video monitor to blend into even the most conservative locations. Gran Prix racing action, complete with the roar of supercharged engine, squealing of tires around curves, adrenalin-pumping crash effects and a new extra added heart-stopper – a brake locking oil slick – make the game even more challenging. Super! Player drops in his quarter, hits the starter, grabs the wheel and – he's off! Four-speed gear shift (1,2,3,R) changes speed of the car on the screen and the sound of the engine. Foot pedals for gas and brake demand quick reactions around the road-race curves. Watch out for the oil slick! Your brakes lock momentarily and you skid. It takes lots and lots of practice runs. At two bits a run. Put it anywhere. Super crowd-attracting race car sound effects are realistic, electronically generated, with volume level operator adjustable. Trak 10 is built to fit almost anywhere. Competition will be fierce. And wait 'til the Gran Trak 10 experts hit that Trak 10 oil slick! Profits. Trak 10 game time is operator adjustable. A slowly-decaying timer showes game time left on the video display. Coin mechanism takes 25¢; one or two games per quarter is operator adjustable. Impoved coun acceptor doubles the life of the coin mechanism. Manufacturing efficiencies and design streamlining allow a purchase price lower than you'd expect. And, since nobody can drive it just once (ask any operator who's got Gran Trak 10 on location), the game's unique drawing appeal plus lower price means nothing but profit! |
